Modernize Transit Hubs
We're focusing on 24 Metro stations across Los Angeles County in specific neighborhoods, transforming each into a vibrant community hub with improved access, safety, and amenities that serve both local residents and visitors.

Upgrade Communities
Within a 15-minute walk of each transit station, we're rebuilding neighborhood infrastructure from the ground up. New streets, utilities including water, broadband and electric, parks, and public spaces will create sustainable, livable communities ready for the future.

Transform Housing
Through $350,000 climate grants, existing homeowners can convert their properties into fourplexes. This initiative will create 320,000 new affordable homes while preserving neighborhood culture and enabling families to stay in their communities.

Build Local Wealth
By transforming single-family properties into income-generating fourplexes, families can significantly increase their household income. This creates lasting generational wealth in historically underserved communities while maintaining local ownership.
